John McCarroll, Q Capital’s Vice President-General Counsel, will be speaking at Deal Flow Media’s 2nd Annual International Life Settlements Conference in London on March 22nd. Mr. McCarroll’s topic is “Do Carriers & Investors Have a Common Interest in Cleaning Up Troubled Assets?” The discussion will explore the issues about how to identify troubled assets in a portfolio and work to rectify the problems in order to make these assets saleable. In addition, Mr. McCarroll will cover the issue of whether there can be common ground between participants in the life settlement industry and the life insurance companies and whether the two can work together now or in the future.
